My Ocean® is dedicated to making beautiful products that celebrate the integrity of our island home, beginning with our waters - the same waters that connect us to every other land and people on this planet. In 2002, My Ocean® began as a home-based soap crafting business, the vision of two sisters, Tanya and Helen Klonaris. Both Bahamian artists, they wanted to create and share authentic Bahamian products that reflected the natural beauty of the world they grew up in. My Ocean® has grown rapidly since then to become the largest maker of hand-rolled glycerin soaps in 14 different fragrances, including an authentically Bahamian bush (herbal) line using wild indigenous herbs like Rooster Comb and Granny Bush. We are committed to developing products that do not exploit the natural environment or the people we live beside and work with every day. My Ocean® also features bath and home accessories, including mineral rich Bahamian bath salts hand blended with coconut oil and hibiscus as well as tangerine oil and calendula flowers. We also have a unique ceramic line and hand-crafted woodwork sourced from local Bahamian artisans.
